The people that run this place are extremely rude.. The address they put on booking.com is not the address of the place so I took my 70 year old mother and ended up in the complete wrong part of town. The guy continued to blame me and that it was my fault. They gave us 1 set of keys between 3 of us and thought that was acceptable. Only gave us minimal amount of towels. The place is locked and has bars on every window. The pool is tacky and feels like you are saying Inna 2 star hotel in benidorm. The main pool was also closed but they didn't bother to tell us. It felt more like a prison. There is no front entrance to the complex just aside ones. They didn't tell you Amy of this. And then he got mad when you called him out on the lack of hospitality they offered.. the place may be lovely but the people running it and the area are far from ideal. I have been to Tenerife many times and traveled the world and I can hands down say this was 1 of the worst experiences I've ever had to encounter. DONT STAY HERE

In the apartment are cameras but we were told that they don’t work, but we still felt uncomfortable.

Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, smart TV, good shower downstairs. Little shop nearby provides great pastries, several bars and restaurants on the corner.

The apartment complex is filthy, there's cat faeces everywhere and the same on the street outside, you have to watch where you're putting your feet all the time. The general area is quite run down with abandoned cars taking up the spaces. We ended up parked on waste land at the end of the road most days, with no lighting and risk of animal excrement. There is no air con on the property, you have to ask for it and pay extra before arrival but we only learned that from the notice on the wall in the property, too late. We booked this accommodation because the pools looked excellent, planning to spend time lounging around while the kids played and swam. The only usable pool was being renovated, empty of water, so we tried the small one but it was freezing because its fully shaded. Not relevant to us, but the apartment is advertised as accessible on the ground floor. It simple is not, there's a step at the entrance and another into the bathroom. I slipped in the bathroom because the bathmats are tiny and the shower isn't enclosed, putting my back out. If I had real mobility issues I wouldn't be able to get past the front door.
