GBCentrally located and parking on a property so close to the town centre was an asset. A perfect location as only a short walk to the Opera House. Very comfortable, spacious and nicely laid out.

AUThe flat is one part of what looks like a Victorian mansion. The apartment is spread over two floors and is huge. Ground floor has kitchen, small bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with two single beds and cupboard space, large living room with a stone-topped table to enjoy meals in the bay window watching the squirrels, and a 3-seat sofa and coffee table. Downstairs is another smaller sitting room with 2-seat sofa, through which you pass to get to the main bedroom and bathroom (with bath). Acres of room in the master bedroom and a cupboard but no drawers. The apartment is very well equipped with all the cooking utensils. An especially nice touch was the bread and milk awaiting us, as well as the Easter eggs! A good location for adults travelling together. Also, it's only minutes walking to the middle of town. Excellent . communication
The master bedroom could get quite cold. However the heater could be easily adjusted, and the quilt was warm. Be aware the master bedroom is down a flight of stairs so keep that in mind.

GBThe apartment split over two floors was a nice surprise. The sofa downstairs is also a sofa bed so if you have children who don't like sharing it's convenient, but you do walk through the room to get upstairs. Super king bed super comfortable. Accommodation was warm. Showers excellent. Great central location.
Cobwebs in kitchen and could do with a deep clean. Unable to select different oven settings - broken dial. Non stick coating flaking off frying pan but owner replaced it with a new pan within the hour. Leaking downstairs toilet reported and not fixed since last review saying the same. When we stripped the beds the duvet and pillows quite discoloured.
GBThe size of the property was amazing, the basement area was a bonus, as 2 couples having the separate lounge and massive bedroom downstairs and our friends having their area was nice in a morning when one of us were still in bed.
The downstairs toilet was the bad thing about the property, as mentioned in a message about it, still didn’t make it ok. Was difficult to flush, had to be held on for a long time to flush tissue ways, also it leaked from the bottom and came into the floor. Would be ideal to have a thermostat downstairs so it had its own temperature as that area was very cold compared to upstairs.

GBGreat location, good parking facility and a large property. Plenty of space!!
Downstairs bedroom smelt damp, we understand it’s an old property but we had a 1 year old with us and felt they shouldn’t sleep in there. We turned the dehumidifier on to try and help. Some areas were not as clean as others. Hard to find in the dark, maybe some signage to direct drivers.
