Approx 15 -20 minutes walking distance from Oxford University.

The house is in a desperate need for renovation! Moving tiles in the bathroom, cracked floors and walls, old and rusted doors and windows, every thing is old and feels like a derelict! The entrance and the front yard don’t seem to be getting any maintenance! Despite being within 15 min walk from the University, the neighbourhood doesn’t feel safe, with lots of abandoned and derelict houses and scary people walking in and out of these houses even in the middle of the day.. Parking is challenging as the host are asking to leave space for 2 cars (scratched ours a bit due to the very narrow entrance..)

Very clean and and tidy!

The property was really dirty and made me ill. No grout in the bathroom floor tiles do they moved around and were impossible to clean and therefore smelt bad and were unhygienic. There was hair in the bath the walls and windows were dirty. The sofa bed had a bit of metal hanging off it that both my children hurt themselves on. We have never left a bad review before but this place isn’t suitable. The kitchen floor was very sticky. The lock on the door intermittently got stuck/didn’t lock. There is no sound proofing you can hear everything from downstairs and downstairs said the same about upstairs. We decided not to wash there as it was too dirty and actually went home to wash. We wouldn’t want anyone else to have this experience. Everything was filthy. We as always leave good reviews and this is a real shame.

It was perfect for three of us, so clean , brilliant location and had all the facilities we needed.
