"Great staff, good property that is being renovated to even better."

I thought the property was great. They are currently renovating and it still looked clean and put together.

Continue to work on the renovations, making sure to get the peeling paint in some areas - everything is coming it great.

Room was spacious and clean, fairly quiet. Great water pressure and shower. Fridge has a freezer!!!

Breakfast was just okay - nothing special.

"You get what you pay for - tolerable and basic."

The room was big and very basic. The bed was comfortable, the AC and fan worked well. The front desk staff was nice. Location was great just off the highway.

I'm not sure how this place got rated 8.6. The room was inexpensive at $87/night but essentially you get what you pay for. The keys to the door didn't work, the bathroom sink was completely cracked, the TV didn't work (and we arrived at 10:30 at night after a 14 hour drive so I wasn't about to go try and track down the front desk staff to fix it). The breakfast was very average - powdered scrambled eggs, tasteless sausages etc.. Edible but certainly not anything to write home about. Would I stay there again? - sure, just for a night for someplace to sleep while on the road.
