BridgePointe Inn & Suites by BPhotels, Lincoln I-80 & 27th St

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Price was okay. It is an older hotel and could use updating but it met our needs.

The desk clerk was atrocious! He acted annoyed that I want to check in and make him do anything. I told him I had requested a 1st floor and he came back with "Look I don't need your attitude, step back. I told him I wasn't trying to give him any attitude, just telling him what I had requested, a king or queen bed. Then he started cussing me, and threatening to call the police and have me escorted off the property, which I promptly told to go ahead, now with attitude. I only got a partial refund. I paid $223. for the room that I never saw and was supposedly refunded $189. I haven't seen anything refunded to my card yet. He threatened the police 5 times, but called. I'm a senior and a Viet Nam era veteran and I won't be disrespected by anyone like that, especially a smart mouthed punk. I would appreciate the rest of my refund please. Thanks for your time.

We stayed here the last 3 years in May. Close to the interstate. Staff is always good.

The bathtubs are hazardous!! My Dad (who is 84) fell trying to step in for a shower. VERY slippery.

The room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked having the couch to relax on during the day, The beds were comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was adequate and convenient.

Being seniors we didn't like the bathtub arrangement. We were disappointed that there were not grab bar or safety bars in the bathtub and the tub was rather slick. My friend I was with was scared to death of showering - she did but wasn't comfortable at all. One of the other things we didn't like was that we had problem getting into our room as the door key card only worked part of the time. Our original card didn't work and the front desk guy couldn't get it to work either so he made us a new set. Couple days later it stopped working and we were locked out again. The door didn't fit well into the frame and there were gabs. The last night we were not sure if it was the door in our room or another but it kept slamming when the wind was blowing and it kept us awake. The door didn't always lock when you pulled it shut.

Schön ausgestattete Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.

Modern eingerichtete und große Zimmer am Stadtrand von Lincoln. Hat mir sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war wieder typisch amerikanisch.

Zimmer war mit Durchgangstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Meine Nachbarn waren sehr schnatterig und ich konnte mithören.
