RESIDENCE 267 Service Apartment

After reaching there, the host said it was booked with others already. Again they called me and mentioned that there is another room is available, but the rate was almost double. As I had no other option, I had to accept that one. This was a clear fraud, and for me, carrying family with little kids was extremely frustrating

Worst experience with (Residence)! When I booked, the rooms were shown as available, and my late check-in request was accepted. However, the room owner called me and said the room wasn't available, asking me to pay extra for a more expensive room. At 11 pm, without a room, I had to search and find a better one myself with my family . Because of this room our trip was little tense for sometime. Take action Booking.com, Disappointing experience with (Booking.com and Rediculas Residence 267)"

Residence owner don't even wait for our arrival and not have even a courtesy to say that they given the property to someone else to stay just because we thought we reach there and pay at property.. horrible experience at night time..

Please do not book from booking.com, they won't confirm your stay if you book in it and they tell you silly reasons for not giving you the stay

"Booked rooms at Residence 267 and received confirmation via email. But when I contacted the property, they said they are no longer tied up with Booking.com and no rooms are available. Very disappointed and had to look for another place last minute."
