"Very nice flat"

The flat is nice and clean. There are some things which could be renovated (like bath door), but overall very comfortable. There are several toys and games and books for kids, which was greatly appreciated. The flat is warm overall, might get a bit colder in the night. The kitchen set is okay for some simple cooks. Sorting of waste would be appreciated - currently only one waste bin. Overall, very good experience.

"Ideal para una pareja!!!"

Tenía todo lo necesario , bien equipado pero es pequeño. Ideal para parejas nosotros éramos 3 y dormíamos en el salón lis tres. Es un estudio . Parada de trasporte público en la puerta con varias líneas al centro.

La entrada de la calle es un callejón que desmerece lo bien que está el apartamento.

"Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage."

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Entfernung zur Stadt gut zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus erreichbar. Die Küche ist sauber und es gibt sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer.

Das Haus selbst ist schon ziemlich heruntergekommen. Man vermutet keine so schöne Wohnung wenn man das Haus oder das Treffenhaus sieht.

Quiet green area very close to the city center, clean and renovated apartment, no problem with parking

the staircase in the building is in a terrible condition, but it's not the owner's fault :)

"Patogu, jauku, nebrangu."

Labai jaukiai, patogiai įrengtas butas, parkingui labai nedaug vietos, bet jos dažnai buvo, labai patiko, kad daug parduotuvių, supermarketų buvo gan netoli, balkonas labai nedidelis, tuščias. Kaina 4 paroms labai atitiko kokybę. 😊

Trūko kondicionieriaus, nes buvo labai karšta.

Расположение рядом с прекрасным парком и местом проведения мероприятия, на которое мы приехали. Чистая квартира с современным ремонтом, есть все необходимое для проживания и отдыха. Удобная кровать, большой телевизор Smart-TV, современная кухонная техника.

Единственный небольшой недостаток - проржавевшие перечница и солонка (наверное, по недосмотру горничной :) ) - пришлось пользоваться солью из пакета. Общего впечатления это, однако, не испортило.
