La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento

Hace falta mantenimiento,una cama se desarmo nada más sentarse en ella,tenía todos los tornillos flojos,puertas y cajones de muebles en mal estado,las sabanas y colchones con manchas ,es una pena porque con muy poquito sería un apartamento cómodo. También decir que es un segundo sin ascensor y que todas las ventanas dan a un patio,para nosotros esto último no ha sido un problema pero creo que no debería obviarse en el anuncio . Me fastidia porque este apartamento tiene buenos comentarios.

Buena ubicación, zona tranquila, sin ruido y con supermercados cerca. Otro punto positivo es que cuenta con dos baños totalmente equipados. Fácil aparcar alrededor y personal muy agradable y atento. Nos quedamos sin butano y a la mañana siguiente nos lo trajeron, sin falta.

El aire acondicionado funciona regular aunque era de agradecer que hubiera en todas las habitaciones y en el salón. Una cama estaba rota y se salían las patas. La limpieza muy mejorable (la ropa de cama tenía manchas y los utensilios de la cocina estaban mal fregados). Además faltan cubiertos, ya que, siendo un apartamento de 4-5 personas solo contaba con 2 tenedores.
