離火車站走路不到15分鐘，位在非常熱鬧的街上，服務人員很好，房間很大間，整理的很乾淨，WIFI尚可，床很舒服，有評論說晚上很吵，但我都把窗戶關上還可以

燈光有點太暗了，地毯感覺髒髒的，熱水壺裡面的加熱器生鏽了，所以都有黑點，其餘都很好

"Uniquely Liverpudlian Character Hotel in a great location"

‘Traditional’ property in a great location. Nice staff, clean rooms/towels/linen and a great shower. It’s very much a local experience and well worth a try if you’re bored with the world of standard, purpose-built boxy hotels.

No complaints.

Location was excellent, breakfast was nicely cooked.

Reception area was poorly manned over my particular weekend. A coffee machine would be a nice addition to compliment the breakfast.

"Great value, great staff and great experience."

Tucked away along busy Hanover Street and above a pub, it was easy to book in. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and neat with the usual tea, coffee and biscuits. Great shower in bathroom. Breakfast was included and the staff were, again, really great. The breakfast was very good - and lots of it. All in all a little “gem” in a busy part of Liverpool.

Location, clean , staff very friendly

Bed was a little uncomfortable . Remote to tv only had two controls one to change channel and other do do volume. Couldn't get any other channels than BBC and five star Luckily we didn't stay in room long enough to watch it really as too busy seeing the sites.. The breakfast was basic , cheap sausages, hash browns very greasy selection of cereal poor. Toast was already buttered so went soggy.

Breakfast was brilliant room was lovely and spacious bathrooms ideal couldn’t of got better for the price

Apart from window not opening there was nothing to complain about
