Inside the house was chilly, perfect for hot summer days. In the morning, at 10 o'clock, it was already 33 degrees, but in the house, you didn't feel the heat from outside. There was no need for air conditioning. Very clean, the towels and sheets were immaculate. The dirt road is not a big inconvenient, it is only a few hundred meters long. Marina di Ragusa beach is only 10 minutes away by car. Carlo was very kind, he advised us what to visit in the area, he recommended us restaurants. Worth visiting: Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica and Syracuse (although it's a bit far, it's worth it). Sampieri beach, Plaia Grande, DonnaLucata, Punta Braccetto are very nice. The restaurants and supermercato are usually closed between 13:30 and 16:00. The bill from the restaurant includes the tip per person (from 1.5 to 3 euros depending on the restaurant) regardless of how much the respective person consumes. we easily found parking (either paid or free) everywhere we went.

Beautiful surroundings and comfortable apartment. The host gave us great advice on what to see and discover in the area. We traveled during low season and got the whole courtyard to ourselves, which was very tranquil.
