"Picture perfect!"

Fantastic location with everything you could possibly need in a little space of comfort so close to the beach.

Having the ring camera pointed precisely at the spot to sit on the porch felt invasive. Things didn't used to be this way with the cameras and not sure we are better off, more safe, or really what we need all that for. It made me not really want to sit on the porch despite it being lovely and such an amenity.

This was the perfect stay! Awesome location, cozy and clean place, very accommodating host! I was especially impressed by this host's complimentary hour early check in and overall flexibility. I come to New Smyrna often to visit family and would stay again!

Location was short walk away from beach. Very cute accommodations with nautical decor. Nice extras like water, ice, kcups, snacks, shampoo, conditioner & body wash in shower in case you forgot to bring them. Very clean and neat place!

The full bed was a bit small for 2 adults but would be better suited for 1 adult & a child or 2 very small adults.

"Delightful stay at a thoughtfully appointed budget friendly accommodation in a great location!"

I liked that it was so thoughtfully appointed with everything we could possibly need for a four night stay. Even down to a beach bag, towels and hats!

We couldn’t get hot water in the shower, but Katie responded promptly with the trick when I messaged her through Booking.com.

The location was perfect. Beach across the street, and many tourist attractions close by. The cottage was very cozy, comfy bed, and the price very fair. Communication was excellent.
