Good location, 10 min from Palas Mall and Culture Palace

The room was not clean enough, the furniture and dishes were dirty with cooking oil stains. We had to wait until the day of check in to be contacted by the owner and receive indications for the stay.

"This property should not be listed until it’s ready to host customers"

Nothing

The property was not ready to host clients. It lacked kitchen stuff (potts, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc), the bedsheets did not cover the bed and the bathroom was missing the curtain. Moreover the property managed the payments but in the booking it was never mentioned that they would not accept credit card creating a big hassle for us to be able to pay which they only accepted cash or bank transfer
