SILocated away from the loud center but there was still some music you could hear comming from outside. It was a really nice and clean room and a good location for a trip to Matchu Pichu. Even though I checked-out early, they let me take a shower when I came back from Matchu Pichu.
PEThis was a lovely place if you want to rest and relax! There is a nice cafeteria at the entrance on the first floor. The bathroom and shower were the best we had. Good hot water. We scaped from another hotel and we were lucky to book here. There is not common areas only the coffee place if you want to socialize, but to sleep and relax is the better option. My son and I loved the place, we felt clean and safe here. The staff was very friendly, kind and HELPFUL. The place is very closed to the hotsprings and to many restaurants and stores.

CHWe arrived late escaping from another awful hotel and the young men working as receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very big with two beds. The hotel is in the main street but far enough from the restaurants and pubs music in the main street.
The floor was a bit dusty
BEThe host was really nice, the room was clean and the water was warm. It’s a nice stay and just outside the most agitated part so you get the quiet as a bonus.
It’s all the way uphill, not to the liking of everybody. If the cafeteria is closed downstairs you have to ring and wait for the staff to open the doors…

NZStayed for one night. The staff greeted us very friendly and were welcoming. The room was prepared for us very clean - the bed was extremely comfy. The room had power socket very conveniently located next to the bed and a huge TV with Netflix. It is also located very close to the hot springs.
It is located quite high within the town so it is a bit of a walk to get there.
PEThe hotel is new but everything is working properly and the cafeteria downstairs is awesome as well.

BEGreat hostel on the up side but more calm and comfortable. Nice modern rooms. Coffee/breakfast place downstairs.
A bit difficult to exchange in English but always manageable, not really a problem.
