Nana's Place - Brenthill Baguio

Location was great. Building was secure with the 24/7 guards. There was a cafe, mini convenience store and laundry shop at the lobby which was very convenient.

The sealant on the shower wall was old and patchy so water leaked out whenever we showered. The floor was constantly getting wet and we were having to mop the bathroom floor all the time. There was also quite a bit of mold on the shower wall and bathroom sink sealant. The place wasn’t very well ventilated and it was quite warm at night so it was hard to fall asleep. The only window in the unit was in the bedroom so as soon as the bedroom door was shut, the apartment was closed in. The window also didn’t have a screen so we couldn’t open the window with mosquitoes coming in.

The host was quick to respond to all questions. The property was clean and had the homey atmosphere, ( My grandniece claimed it her “ other house”. ) The location still had the old Baguio vibe. Away from the traffic and yet not too far from the city center. The rooftop deck allowed my grandniece to enjoy Shoe Mart’s fireworks- nice bonus! The porch was quaint for evening unwinding. Secured property. Walking distance to Pink Sisters ( treat for the adults) and to Rustan’s grocery as well. Everything was perfect!!! My family is very much looking forward to their next stay at Nana’s! Thank you,Nana! (FRIENDLY REMINDER TO FUTURE GUESTS-THIS NOT THE RITZ- DON’T HAVE RIDICULOUS EXPECTATIONS! RESPECT NANA’S PLACE DURING YOUR STAY. TAKE EXTRA CARE OF IT LIKE IT WAS YOU OWN- MAYBE EVEN BETTER SINCE IT IS NOT YOURS. JUST BECAUSE YOU PAID TO STAY AT NANA’S DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN TRASH THE PLACE. ALLOW THE NEXT GUESTS TO ENJOY NANA’S LIKE WE ALL DID!

Absolutely NOTHING at all! What is there not to like?!

We liked the location, Apartment lay out, value for the payment.

The Neighbors were Noisy, hear cars coming & going from the under ground parking, car doors & Enterance doors slamming. The shower mat was dirty, moldy.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, which made check-in and communication easy. The location was quiet and relaxing, ideal for resting after a day out in Baguio.

The location is slightly away from the city centre, so taxis are needed when going out. Clearer signage inside the building would help first-time guests. Overall, these were minor and did not affect our stay much.
