GBLocation was good for our purposes (visiting Goodwood). Property was easy to find, good communication from the owner and everything went smoothly. Immaculate and clean, well equipped and comfortable.
GBWe had a wonderful stay , on arrival the house was immaculately clean very well presented and welcomed with a little basket of essentials. The house was comfortable and peaceful , a few minutes walk to the shops and east wittering beach and a short 5 minute drive to west wittering beach , communications with the host was great , would recommend for a lovely family peaceful break the dog also had a brilliant time , will definitely be back in the near future . FRThe house is very welcoming with a nice main room and terasse.
I always find it a bit difficult when you are a big number of people and the toilets are not separate from the bathroom.

JEBeautifully presented with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds. Well equipped with a separate freezer and fridge and a lovely welcome pack so we did not have to race to the shops immediately upon arrival. Above all, dog friendly with a lovely safe garden.
Not so much what I didn’t like but my father is 80, and he found the shower tray very slippery- we all did. I must remember to pack my own shower mat as this is one item often missing in most places I stay.
GBIt was beautifully decorated and very clean. The welcome hamper was a lovely thought.
That put dog was an additional £50 charge. He’s cleaner than my son 😃
GBGreat location. Very clean. Comfy beds and sofas. Nice garden. Nicely decorated. Hamper with a few essentials was very appreciated. Good shower.
A few things that would have made it even better would be a mat by the back door to wipe wet shoes, a full length mirror somewhere, some cooking oil (was listed in the description but not not there).
