Very central , everything you need is in the cottage

The best review I can give is that we have stayed before. It's a lovely house for a couple with one child. The heating was spot on and easy to adjust. Well equipped kitchen and great bathroom. A lovely welcome pack including pillow chocolates. Just far enough from the market place for a quiet night but only 2 minutes walk away. Cheap parking just across the road and an excellent pub in the One Eyed Rat about 100 yards away. Not only would we return....we did!

This property feels like a home from home. All the amenities you needed, comfort and warm.

Everything was perfect!

Cosy little place perfectly located-2 mins walk from the cathedral and town centre. 2 hour disc parking outside the front door but this becomes free overnight however 2 car parks where 24 hour parking was about £3 anyway. Welcome pack for us and for our dog, Lincoln was appreciated. Everything we could need in the kitchen. As the weather wasn't the best the night we arrived we stayed in and ate, after grabbing some supplies from Aldi but there's Sainsbury's practically opposite and a M&S Foodhall nearby also. Better weather the next day so we walked round the town, canal and down by the river. Absolutely loved Ripon. Lovely little shops for browsing. Hoping to come back in warmer weather so we can make use of the garden.

Very clean, cosy and comfortable. Gorgeous shower room. Fab linen. Doggies loved the enclosed garden. Situated in a quiet street altho in the middle of the town. Plenty of great pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Sainsbury's just across the road. Cathedral and river walks very near.
