NZA nightmare finding the lock box location which is not near the accommodation Then when we got to the room the door would not open due to the digital keyboard not working Waited over 1 hour to get in the door then had to go to another room due to not getting in the appointment Rooms were very dirty dust everywhere Paint off the walls Air con filters fill of dust Very dirty rooms
NZLocation was excellent and apartment was equipped with everything we needed.
The check in procedure got confusing with too many emails. Another set of keys would be good as there were 4 of us going separate ways at times.
ZALocation was good and unit although compact was neat. Good place to celebrate the new year.
Door code was not supplied with keys. We had to call for this.
The location to the harbor and to a variety of restaurants was perfect.

There are so many things wrong with this accomodation. Mostly imo the rental company and its staff are the biggest drawback to this accomodation. From sending two different email details to pickup key, making it confusing. One fob for a 4 person venue is substandard and third world. Having to send details twice, that i had already sent on their form, wasting my time. Arriving and having NO hot water as the hot water cyclinder was turned off. WHY? Then probably the worst experience was the smell in the 2nd bathroom from stagnet water due to the washing machine being broken, for who knows how long!!! Then underwear left in the dryer, with packets of condoms in there also. GROSS... Messaged about this problem and got asked at 12.30 am, yes early morning, to send a photo of the broken washing machine. What is a photo going to do, cant send the smell. I, yes me , phoned next day and told housekeeping would have a look. Also told no one would come till Monday. I believe no one came for a look. That is not service. I paid alot of money for zero star service. No further comms from agency. Wake up, what sort of company do you run? Being in the viaduct area and this i understand but the noise at 2am is loud and pumping in the unit. Overpriced and would never come back to this place or the rental agency. Is your office even in NZ? Ripped off, how about a 50% refund as it is not worth $1000 plus dollars for 3 nights with this level of service.
