"Poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and uncooperative service made the stay very uncomfortable."

The stay at Luxury & Modern Hotel Apartment in Mudhainib (Madinah) was very disappointing. There were frequent issues such as power cuts in the morning, a faulty stove, and non-functioning appliances. The apartment was also quite dusty and not properly clean. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and the staff was not cooperative in resolving the issues. I would not recommend this property.
