The property was very bad they we didn't stay there because they gave other people our room we paid in full be we ended up booking somewhere else they don't have a good communication with the clients

I didn't like everything about them we need our refund because we didn't stay there they canceled our booking without us knowing when we get to the property there were people inside the room

The flat was a scam; there was nothing about it that I liked. The flat didn't resemble the photos on Booking.com at all. People who are going from the comforts of their home should never have to endure that horrible experience—I'm not even sure how it made it to Booking.com. The moment I walked in I was terrified that I would be mugged at any time as soon as I entered the building. The entrance is located near a boisterous pub/tavern that blasted music nonstop all night long in a spine-chilling corner. The door code was broken, there was no ventilation, the windows were stuck shut and couldn't be opened, there was trash on the slab outside the window, bathroom light was not working to a point where soap holder ended up broken and cut the guest because it was dark in the bathroom, there were no tissues or even small soaps, and the gyser was leaking water all over the floor. The linen and curtains are the only items that resemble the photos on Booking.com. There was an unpleasant stench about the place, which I am unable to identify. That night, one's health was so impaired that, had I been lucky enough to leave that evening, I would have done so right away; sadly, I had to wait until the wee hours of the morning to depart, and I never return.

Your flat was not worth the money, it was a complete waste of money, and it wasn't pleasant to have to pay extra for my safety and wellbeing in another tidy and safe location. We had to check out early because of the conditions, this was a very negative experience that should be reviewed for a refund or for having this accommodation removed or terminated on Booking.com. This is not something that anyone should have to go through after paying so much money. It is really suspicious and dubious that you paid more than what the property deserves when you read a notice on the wall stating the fee of R395 per night, that on its own raises a lot of doubts and suspicions.

There was a funky smell. The passage hallway is really dark at night. Someone attempted to break in our room.
