Atmosphere was good and nice

I I booked a hotel room as a gift for my family and paid for the entire vacation in advance using my credit card. However, when my family arrived, the receptionist — who is also the owner — claimed the room was not paid for because they supposedly “don’t accept credit cards,” even though no such policy was communicated at the time of booking. My sister was forced to pay again in cash, on the spot, and to make matters worse, they were overcharged. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I tried to do something nice for my family, and instead, they were put in a stressful and confusing situation — during what should have been a relaxing trip. I strongly advise others to get payment policies in writing and think twice before booking here. This is not how guests should be treated.

Gazde foarte primitoare, foarte amabile. Având în vedere că am deranjat puțin, gazdele au fost foarte drăguțe. Piscina mereu curata, apa foarte calda, ideala pentru o baie după sorele arzător de mare! Recomand cu încredere și mare drag!
