"Good stay just needs some tweaking for a smoother stay."

Location was absolutely amazing. Central to everything and within walking distance to everything. Host was available at any time for assistance and was quick at communication.

Asked to check in a bit later as maintenance was still being carried out at the property but we actually didn't mind this. No towels at property, asked host for these and didn't receive them so had to buy some ourselves. No water but this was quickly resolved. When we were relaxing during the 2nd day of our stay a worker came to the property and asked to come in for some tools out of a cupboard in the property which was a bit awkward. These were small inconveniences which l could look past but maybe others won't.

"At least we got some sleep and a warm shower…"

We had a place to sleep.

Where to begin? Late instructions on how to get in to a no host room. We were told the instructions would come on the morning of our visit. I had to call in the afternoon to receive them. We had to try over and again to get the door open. Other guests had the same problem. The worst nightmare when booking a no host room. The rooms were mislabeled. We booked “apartment 2,” and there was no such apartment. They were called “Beacon.” How hard can it be to clearly label what door to attempt to open? It was quite disquieting to come back to the main entrance at 9:00 PM and not be able to get in until several tries. Another couple showed up with a different code number and they couldn’t get the door open either! Finally we got it to work. Further, the directions said the place was right next to such-n-such bar. But the bar has changed its name. How hard can it be to update the directions? Thoughtless management. We would not stay here again.

It’s a very bad service they don’t answer the phone and they can cancel in the last moment so please don’t book

It’s very bad Customer Service. I recommend you don’t book this. You look you lost your money.

"Rubbish with no support"

I thought I booked a 2 bedroom Apartment. But it wasn’t. I complained and the manager said she would get back to me…… never happened. Absolutely diabolical customer service. Had to find some more accommodation

"Very disappointing"

Property was in a central location.

Having been told we’d been ‘upgraded’ we had actually been downgraded. The apartment had an extremely strong odour of cannabis and cigarettes that had tried to be disguised by cleaning products. The property said we could contact them at any time however they did not answer at all. As a result of no hot water and the conditions we decided not to stay and had to travel over 2.5 hours home after the concert we had booked. Very disappointed.

"The worst apartment i’ve ever stayed in would avoid here"

Nothing

That they moved our location next to anfield on a game day to a much worse location and a smaller accommodation. They said that they would give a partial refund and didn’t and also ignored my messages for days on end, the worst stay i’ve ever had. The property smelt, didn’t feel clean and there was no where to park because it was a match day.

We liked the location & the safety of the entrance into the apartments,+ lovely & warm it was a windy cold day outside & raining , very nice

The only thing I thought could do with improving is the entrance hallway as you come in front door ,the stairs could have done with a good hoover & maybe a small hall table with a vase & fake flowers💐🌹 or 1 or 2 picture 🖼️🖼️ going up the wall of the stairs ,first impression & all that but we're very happy when opened the apartment door
