Leaking pipe in the bathroom

The location of the building is proper, you get to enjoy the view of the ocean. The kitchen setup was also good. The bed was in good condition.

1. No WiFi, 2. No TV 3. No bath soap 3. Dirty toilet sink 4. Cockroaches 5. The elevator wasn't working at floor 10 6. We were allocated only one toilet paper. We requested for more toilet but we were told by the security guard that there are no toilet papers. We had to buy our own toilet paper.

The view was good. The staff I found was only friendly security . The cleanliness of the inside part but outside it's bad 😔

Leaking geezer, parties of neighbours. I payed parking but you said it's free. No television and WiFi. People knocking on my door in the middle of the night and earlu morning People smoking dagga on corridor

The building supervisor the guys was nice for us(friendly)

I'm stay was horrible because the place was not really what I saw on booking.com from my arrival to my departure it was one issue after another first room was leaking fine we moved to the other room just as were greaful for that the chair is broken we report that then we had an issue with tableware and the building supervisor took us to the cleaning ladies who told us with the attitude that they are aware that we don't enough cutlery for the number of people that are in the room, like really and you are not doing anything about it. The urine odor issue outside was fixed but inside it was getting worse day by day because the toilet pipe is leaking so the more we use the toilet the worse it gets. On Thursday morning the was no electricity we called the building supervisor no answer after we called the emergency number and the guy was so rude thinking we couldn't hear isizulu you have a nice it just needs some revamp and service delivery,training for some of your stuff
