Short Walk to Wilton Drive Apt5

Cute apartment. Excellent location.

Bathtub is old and bathtub floor pealing. Has been painted. Needs to be refinished. Very ugly. Towels are old and thread bare. Cleaning company could clean the outdoor patio. Bird poop on both of the outdoor Adirondack chairs. Cobwebs all over the front door. Patio dusty & dirty. Looks like outside hasn’t been cleaned in months. Have the cleaning company sweep & clean the doorway. Also, ceiling fan & ceiling light did not work. The property bought a little 12 inch table fan. Maybe the property managers should have a checklist after each guest to make sure place is entirely cleaned and everything works ???

Simply cannot think of anything I did not like-

Very clean and really nice.

The locations. As promised in the title, it is a short walk to the Drive. The property was clean, bright, and comfortable.

No response from the hosts. Called and left a message on my arrival about an hour early and never received a response. My call was during business hours on Friday. I was able to enter property at the scheduled hour, but had difficulties with the keypad lock. If they are not going to respond, I suggest that they provide directions for the auto check in prior to arrival.

Location, Decoration, Privacy, Very Confortable. I liked the place a lot and I will stay there again.

A lot of Water drop from the AC unit constanty /non-stop onto the rectangular table, the whole time I was there.. I had to deal with bowls / empty bowls, once or twice a day and with covering the table with towels. Other than that, very satisfied.

Location location location. Good value for money. Very clean

The furnishings could be of better quality. The bed could be a better mattress. Provide and easy chair for sitting Quality of towels was poor. Do something to mask the door to adjoining rooms, other than putting the frig in front of it
