Perfect location to visit Wrigley

Location was perfect! People watching from the stairs was fun lol

Stairway to the upstairs is a little tight

We rented unit 1 & 2. Unit 1, on the garden level, has a unfortunate sewage smell that made the stay impossible.

The location to Wrigley Field was the main attraction, however, the property itself was exactly what we were looking for. The Addison red line was only half a block away and Wrigley Field 1.5 blocks away.

There truly was nothing that we didn't like about the property or the experience. The property was exactly as described.

Location excellent. In the end (in 2nd bedroom) we slept well. (Cool & dark). Spacious apartment

1. Unkempt condition if front yard. Trash, cigarettes 2. Front steps - two railing posts loose - rusted through 3. Floors & architraves were dirty. Black residue. 4. Water leak from ceiling ventilation in bathroom. Unsafe 5. Awful noise from trains, traffic, pedestrians & A/C 7. Bed in main room soft & unsupported. Could not use. 8. Kitchen poorly stocked. Eg 1 wineglass 9. Lounge sofa & chair badly stained 10. Main sofa very hard & uncomfortable 11. Steep, narrow steps down to apartment 12. TV hard to use. Delays. Programs dropped out 13. Bathroom finish quality rough. Shower floor uneven. 14. Black curtain in front of noisy AC unit. 15. Windows don't seem to be double glazed 16. Most expensive accommodation we have ever had 17 AUD $525 per night not justifued
