Caravan Delta 2 Bedroom in Rhyl

Boiler, oven not usable. No sponge etc provided to wash up Tiles missing on wales, poorly repaired walls

I recently stayed at caravan delta 2 bedroom in Rhyl located in Marine holiday Park from July 4 to July 6 and was deeply disappointed by my overall experience. The service was subpar from the start, with little assistance or responsiveness throughout my stay. The accommodation lacked basic amenities — there were no toiletries provided and no dishwashing facilities available, which made even simple tasks quite inconvenient. Additionally, several critical issues made the stay uncomfortable: the door wouldn’t open properly, the boiler was not working, and there were problems with the gas hob. To top it off, there were no cooking utensils in the unit, which severely limited meal preparations. Given the number of unresolved issues, I found the stay to be neither comfortable nor hospitable.even they take money to park the car Based on my experience, I would not recommend Marine Holiday Park to anyone expecting a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday.

Whilst we were there we were unable to access the hot water, we followed all the steps and were still unable to access the hot water, had to clean plates from previous visitors and found some cigarette filters under a bed but other than that the stay was great

When I messaged the owner of caravan about issues having with boiler he did try and help us get it working however still struggled

The fridge freezer was turned off so the caravan had a funny smell when going in , also struggled putting the boiler on and when called number for the site no answer and tried to look for someone to help and nobody was round to help , unable to get oven working . And bed wasn’t really comfy to sleep on
