Immaculate, great location and everything was provided, the small important things for a 3 night stay. Excellent

Front bedroom was a bit nosey due to the bar across the road. Could do with a couple of small espresso cups to go with the great little coffee machine.

Everything in the flat is new with giant televisions everywhere. However the mattresses are Instagram foam things that are so awful and make for a horrible and painful night's sleep. You have the brochure on the table for the good mattress shop across the road but actually have cheap foam/air mattresses on the beds. Maybe an earlier guest left the brochure to suggest you get something better. Guests are there to get a night's sleep. That should be priority 1 when you're budgeting, not tvs.

Property was on the first floor, in an excellent location. Shops, cafes, restaurants and bars were on your doorstep. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. TV’s in every room. The kitchen was well stocked, with dishwasher, washing machine,coffee machine, etc. everything you need for a self catering holiday. Any questions, were answered promptly by email.

One minor point, the windows needed cleaned outside.

Opposite a very busy bar that has music till 0100 Friday/Saturday..not sure if that was just this week.. nothing apartment can do but may be a nuisance for some.

Enjoyed the decor and high standard of facilities offered such as the Smart TVs in each room and the high finish on the bathrooms. It was centrally located for a number of walks in and around the area.

Unfortunately upon arrival there was urine splashed up one of the toilets (which we ended up cleaning ourselves, even though the info pack encouraged us to contact the cleaning company with any issues via WhatsApp) and the beds had black hairs on them. The carpet in the twin room had wine/lipstick stains on it (which is fair enough, but doesnt look great) and the fact the property is right in the centre of Ambleside (and opposite a pub) made it very noisy on a night which made us wake up a number of times in the night. I think some triple glazing or other sound proof methods would really help block out the noise for the future.

Little touches like a pint of milk in the fridge would have been nice.
