Blue Rose Cabins - Cupids Cabin

Rustic, woodsy, private, beautiful, enjoyed hot tub !

Centrally located to some great hikes. The fire pit area was great. The cabin itself was clean and cozy.

The bed was the worst I've ever slept on. It was a taco bed. My back hurt for 3 days after and I walked crooked the day after leaving. I took a nap in my car because the thought of sleeping on that mattress after a day of hiking was undesirable. The hot tub was dirty. There was a layer of sludge/dirt around the water line. We didn't use.

Nothing

Well first off you turned by a junkyard that made you very uncomfortable. The road was horrible at best the water literally stunk. The place was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable the bedding had holes and the sheets must have been 20 years old. The towels were at least that old also and bleached and basically rags. The shower curtain was cruddy and moldy Maybe the owner should take $200 to wal mart and buy some new bedding towels etc.

Hot tub was the best spot

The cockroaches. That I was so close to other cabins...and homes. That dispite being for 2 people there was only one coffee mug, and only one fork but 30 spoons. The mattress was foam with a HUGE dent in the middle that you get stuck in. That the coffee mug that was left was disgusting and I had to wash it before I could use it regardless of the $20 fee they are suppose to be charging for dirty dishes, so as long as they are in the cupboard they dont need to be clean when you leave apparently? And cigarettes all over the property.

It was a beautiful spot… relaxing

Honestly, I know it seems like a small thing, but I really wish the shower curtain in there was better cause I didn’t like it got water everywhere and I felt bad getting towels wet trying to clean it up.
