"Good location"

The location is good, very close to beach. The room is spacious as pictures. The host is responsive to answer our questions

There could have more furnitures with working table or desk for people who need to work.

"Beautiful apartment in an amazing location!"

I loved it here !!! Amazing location shops , cafe’s & restaurants 2 minutes away and close to the beach. I loved how secure it felt with the hand activated door locks the apartment was beautiful & very clean good with a great sized balcony !

There wasn’t any big plates or toaster that’s it !!!

"It could’ve been better if basic maintenance are kept up"

The apartment was clean, and in a very good location just a block away from 5th Avenue

Upon arrival, the toilet seat was broken (the host did offer to fix it but at a time that we were not going to be at the apartment so we used the toilet without the seat since we were there for only 2 days). The bathroom faucet is completely rusted These basic maintenance should be done prior to guest arrival as you don’t want to waist time communicating with the host to try to fix them. There no instructions on how to use the safe The underground parking is very steep and if you have a sedan, your car bumper will hit the floor. It is better off to park on the street. The washing machine is not in the apartment and it is in the basement level where the cars are parked. It is best to take your laundry to a nearby place to do it for you

"Exceptional"

Super nice and spacious studio 2 minutes walk from the Quinta. Parking spot and laundry machine are bonus. Totally recommend this place.

Massive bed, loads of space, plenty of hot water and literally minutes to the beach and bars/restaurants. Communication with owner was super quick and we had everything we could possibly need.

Everything was great, if I had to pick up on anything it would be the bed is a little hard for my preference and it would have been nice to have a kettle although there is a coffee maker and I haven’t found a kettle anywhere in Mexico yet so normal for the area.

Love the studio. The colors are inviting and warm. The finishes are nice & modern. And I love the view. It really feels like a home away from home 😊

The slamming of doors by the neighbors. It really startles you because the building is usually quiet 😕
