Excelente relação qualidade preço. Localização muito próxima do centro, com supermercado nas traseiras do prédio. Casa ampla e espaçosa, com todas as comodidades indispensáveis a uma estadia de curta a longa duração.

A rua não dispõe de estacionamento público, sendo que o carro teve de ficar num parque privado.
