Il terrazzo è il punto forte dell'appartamento. Presente all'esterno un tavolo da 6 con due sdraio e stendino (con lavatrice in bagno) Cucina ben attrezzata, fornita di ogni strumento necessario (pentole, Tovaglioli, bicchieri, condimenti, piatti, carta forno, carta alluminio, cialde caffe ecc) Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Posizione comoda per raggiungere in 10 minuti circa il centro a piedi. Nei dintorni è facile trovare parcheggio. Se dovessi tornare a Chania prenoterei questo appartamento nuovamente.

Per gusto personale la tenda nella doccia la trovo poco pratica.

Perfect! The host is excellent and always gives good advices. The apartment has everything that you need. The location is close to the next beach and a sports stadium.

Location was perfect, super close by foot to old town, and you can find a parking space for free. Host is super helpful. You should book it!

The location was perfect for me due to the designated bus stop for my group. The directions to enter the correct entrance could’ve been a bit more clear. Once inside this place really felt like a home away from home. A must stay if you’re looking for a great place to relax and not spend a fortune.

The location was fantastic. Close to water and easy walk to Old Town. Owners are fabulous… gave good recommendations, checked in to make sure everything was ok, fast response time, detailed instructions.

The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, very tastefully decorated.

It was just a little too far away from everything for us. The main entrance is not appealing - not the owner's fault but needs redecorating however once inside everything was perfect. Very tranquil.

I had a wonderful stay in the studio apartment thanks to my host Panagiotis who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I was able to drop my bag off before check in time and handed the keys. I was greeted with Raki,water, fruits and there is plenty of cooking condiments , oil and butter if you wished to cook. This was all a welcome and unusual surprise. The bed was really comfortable and I slept soundly. I didn't get to use the large terrace as sadly the weather changed. Sockets by the bed. Great WiFi and my host was constantly messaging me with recommendations of places to eat and visit. Also I got to enjoy a music and food festival that I wouldn't have known about.. Good location. 10 mins walk to old town. 6 minutes to a good supermarket. The local beach isn't really a beach as you cant lay down.. 30 minutes walk to the other side of town for Nea Chora beach. I had a late flight and as they had no guests arriving, I was able to stay in the studio until then. I wish all my hosts were as attentive as this !!

The bathroom is very small and tight to shower. If there is no sun, you don't have any hot water. Plus, there is an awful sewage smell.
