Staffs are very helpful, even on new years eve to help solve the problem. Beds are comfort. Rooms are big and clean.

It was convenient as far as location. And managers were for the most part helpful except for one issue I did have and am still trying to resolve

I left a golden pendant In the room and when I sent my assistant to gather my belongings the cleaner claims to have not found it. Which is impossible
