The apartment is new in excellent conditions , very nice and comfortable, for a good price.

In the map the booking.com shows, it depicted the location as though the apartment were on the beach, however it is located just crossing the street, but still very close: like 200m , anyways the distance is very close and within 2 minutes walk, you can be on the beach.
