Tramonto vista mare

La ubicación es preciosa con vistas espectaculares! Esa parte de Siracusa es muy bonita con mucha historia y buenos restaurantes.

Una pequeña desventaja para mi es que no tiene una ducha normal. Si que tiene un baño y está muy bien reformado.

Posizione perfetta. Nonostante il bar sotto, l'appartamento è perfettamente silenzioso. Accoglienza molto cordiale. Vasca con Jacuzzi!! Ottima scelta.

Finestra appena un po' piccola. Per chi ama la doccia, non c'è.

L'emplacement, extraordinaire, juste devant le fort Maniace, et la vue qui va avec! L'accueil chaleureux et professionnel, la taille et le confort cosy de l'appartement. Bref tout, en résumé !

Modern, clean, nice, great location, silent.

The heating in the bedroom was VERY noisy, impossible to use during the night. We stayed 3 nights, the basic things (toilet paper, soap, coffee) could have been more generous, they were enough for just a bit more than 1 day.

The floor of the entry hall to the building was torn open for sewer repair work. It was difficult to enter the building and the stench was terrible. After a couple days, we could smell methane gas from the sewer inside the bathroom and it became impossible to stay in the apartment. We had to leave and find another apartment to rent. We were not refunded the amount that we were promised. The hosts should not have listed the apartment as available until after the work was completed.

Gorgeous gem of an apartment with direct view to the sea. Extremely clean with fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom and bedroom so we had plenty of space. The beautiful view is more than worth the price of admission. Some music during the afternoon from the bar downstairs, but not a problem. We will definitely come back!
