Convenient, comfortable

I needed a convenient location to Kaiser urgent care because I was sick. There were very few options in our price range, so I was grateful for the room. Uncle Joe was friendly and they helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Grateful for the refrigerator, microwave and toaster so we could make some simple food. The room was clean and adequate for our needs for two days before we were able to fly home.

The room was very sparse. No sofa. Bed on a frame...no headboard. Only one night stand. No place to put our luggage except on the floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Towels need to be replaced every day as we were staying for 4 nights it felt unhygienic. We requested them to replace and got it done, but this needs attention.

It’s renovated and communication was really good!

Air conditioning was extremely loud, even in my earplugs I couldn’t sleep with it, and without it - it was very hot. Also construction was very loud in the morning. Good place for one night if you don’t plan getting a good sleep and need to wake up early.
