MYThe villa was very cozy and woody just like how I wanted. The management was very friendly and responded fast for every request/question at any time. Loved the breakfast prepared and served on the spot every morning by the chefs who also run a "The Little Warung" nearby. Laundry service is available at walking distance, very convenient.
The road towards the villa area is quite small and uneven. A bit tricky for big cars to enter. However, the management were ready outside the villa to receive us.
NZVilla was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was clean and grounds maintained. Beautiful space in a lovely quiet area. Staff at Bali sands were very responsive and helpful. Scooter hire was easy and the scooters and helmets in good condition. Air conditioning worked well. Great villa, location and staff.

NLThe villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts you could need. It’s the perfect place for those who appreciate peace and tranquility! The service was excellent—they offer a laundry service and a wonderful breakfast service with delicious meals. A truly delightful stay!
For us, the location was just a bit too far from Ubud’s center. The housekeeping staff were very friendly young men, and the cleaning was fine, though it could have been a bit more thorough at times. That being said, we had a fantastic stay overall!

NLThe house is amazing! Everything completely new. All the amenities are well thought and designed. There's 2 bedrooms, each one with each individual bathroom and shower. Since there was not many reviews by the time of our booking we were not so sure about it. But clearly is a new property and we were astonished by what we had. Recommend 100%. Its access is not very easy and a bit outside of Ubud, but for us was exactly what we were looking for. The person who received us was very sympathetic and explained everything well. Also, the contact via WhatsApp had zero hick-ups.

The villa beautifully combines modern renovations with the traditional style of Ubud and Bali, creating a unique atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. The hosts were very responsive and always quick to communicate. We were particularly impressed when we faced an issue with our booking; they were very accommodating and handled the situation wonderfully. We are very happy with our choice and highly recommend this villa for a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
