Villa Yude 2 Bedroom Pool Villa

I left after the first night. The power went off with a loud bang 4 times. The switch kept tripping. The stairs were unsafe with a safety rail on one side only. The toilet on the ground floor leaked. The kitchen benches were filthy. There were no window furnishings on the ground floor therefore didn’t feel private or secure. 2 globes at the top of the stairwell didn’t work. The rear property door wouldn’t lock, so property not secure and the owner didn’t think this was an issue. It wasn’t repaired until the next day. The pool was situated under a tree, therefore was constantly filthy and was to be cleaned every second day. I stayed 1 night instead of 16, pointing out these issues to the owner who refused to accept that there were any issues and I requested a 50% refund. She basically said the property is what it is and no refund given.

Unfortunately it is not marked on Google Maps but thankfully the hosts were gracious enough to come fetch us close by and we followed them back to the beautiful villa to hand over the keys. The owner was very quick to respond which we were grateful for. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with thoughtful touches to make it your home away from home. The villa is nice and private with an absolutely gorgeous garden. There was no washing machine but there was a clothing stand provided. They supplied great basics like coffee, tea and a fresh water dispenser, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, toilet paper, towels and a good sound system. The pool is absolutely gorgeous, so nice and private. The bedrooms are upstairs and have very comfortable beds, each bedroom has it's own aircon. Note however there are no closets in the bedrooms but there is a double closet on the landing just outside the bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own tv. Downstairs there is no aircon but this was not a problem at all on hot days with the 2 fans provided and the gorgeous big windows you can open for a constant flow of fresh air. The beach is about a 10 to 15 minute walk or 4 minutes by car. The villa feels very safe and is in a quiet street. We have no hesitation to recommend this villa.

Only very minor things like the bathrooms upstairs and downstairs can be upgraded. The bedrooms upstairs share 1 bathroom, the fittings are old and the bathroom generally looks a bit tired (as most Balinese establishments). New tiles and bathroom fittings would match this beautiful villa's goal to be a world-class villa. The downstairs toilet is very convenient but was leaking so the floor was always wet. The stairs to go upstairs are 30cm in height per step so be cautioned if you have knee or mobility issues. Also a security deposit box / safe needs to be added to the villa. Other than this, everything was great.

Very comfortable villa, away from the hassle and the crowd (but just a 5mins scooter ride to all attractions)

While the caretakers were very nice and friendly the owner (we didn’t see her) could be more reliable.

Great host,location and villa

An air-conditioner downstairs would have been good but it wasn't too hot throughout our stay so it wasn't too bad

De villa beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt! Het is heel ruim en het zwembad is heerlijk. Heel fijn dat er allemaal groen in de tuin is, hierdoor voelt de temperatuur ook wat minder warm. Het is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum, dat vonden wij precies een mooie wandeling. Terug hebben we steeds de grab taxi genomen. Eten bestellen kan ook heel makkelijk. Het restaurant vlakbij heeft heerlijk eten voor een zeer goede prijs.

Het sanitair is vrij basic, dat vonden wij niet erg. Het zou op details net wat schoner kunnen allemaal, maar dit stoorde ons niet.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész házigazdák, tiszta medence, rendezett szép udvar. Autóval közel a tengerpart. Jól felszerelt konyha. Hangulatos villa.

Kényelmetlen ágy. A földszinten nincs légkondi így elég meleg napközben.

Хорошая просторная вилла в отделении от суеты и туристов. Для любителей погулять пляж в 25 минутах, также можно легко добраться и на байке. Хорошие хозяева , и персонал , очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные. В двух минутах ходьбы есть локальный магазинчик и местный ресторан под боком. Очень хорошее место для уединенного отдыха 🤗

Невозможно заказать граб такси прямо с виллы, только если договариваться с таксистом или идти к главной дороге. Остальные проблемы свойственные для Бали. Не было стиральной машины, но можно было отдавать домработница вещи в прачечную.
