This was the perfect alternative to an equivalentl-priced 15'x20' "box" in an overpriced hotel. It was super-clean, cozy, comfortable, well-equipped, and well-appointed. (The king-size bed was firm but quite comfortable. ) The hosts were very welcoming, and the quiet residential neighborhood felt very safe and secure. It's perfect for one or two people for a short-term stay.

Bella casa, molto ben arredata ed attrezzata. Mi è piaciuta soprattutto zona cucina ampia e dotata di tutto. La casa corrisponde perfettamente a descrizione/foto di Booking Location: ottima! Vicino a casa c’è una delle spiagge più belle che abbiamo visto. Questa casa è un’ottima base d’appoggio per esplorare Cap Ann (che è delizioso) e anche posti un po’ più lontani. Noi da qui siamo scesi fino a Boston (consiglio di usare il treno T, circa 40 min, a Boston i parcheggi sono carissimi) e siamo saliti fino a Portland, passando per paesi carinissimi come Salisbury/Hampton Beach, Cape Neddick, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport. Host: i proprietari di casa abitano al piano superiore, quindi facilmente contattabili. Buona comunicazione tramite chat Booking prima dell’arrivo. Self check-in, check-out. Parcheggio di fronte a casa. Supermercato a 2 min di auto. Consigliatissima.

I had a one night visit to Gloucester to visit family . I was delighted with the property. Well located , the apartment is spotless clean & has great amenities. Beautifully decorated.

"A comfortable stay on Cape Ann"

The apartment was clean and comfortable and really well appointed. The kitchen was wonderful after a week in hotels. Bed was very comfortable, desk was useful and wifi was good. There were turkeys in the gatden and birds on the feeders
