Property Notes

Please note that when traveling from Skipton, leave the town via the A629 for Keighley. When you reach Kildwick join the A629 Trunk Road at the roundabout (2nd exit) you can go right on the next roundabout (3rd exit) and proceed to the T juction, taking left at the traffic lights on to the B6265 for Keighley. Before reaching the town, the Dalesgate Hotel is on your left hand side in approx 1.6 miles. Guests should approach from Haworth & Halifax on the A629, heading for Keighley. As you reach the town, at the first roundabout, take the second exit then go left at the traffic lights on to North Street. Go straight forward at the next lights (Carnegie Library is on your left) through the town to Skipton. When you reach the next roundabout go straight forward, (1st exit) on to B6265 for Skipton. The Hotel is then on your right at Utley in about 0.8 of a mile. If approaching from Lancashire, take sharp left as you reach the end of Cross Hills Main Street and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to the A629 Trunk Road.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great rooms, lovely girl serving breakfast, super quick in answering queries and requests for room numbers been staying her quite a bit over the past fees weens, nursing a poorly relative

the location was excellent for our purpose breakfast was good on the whole although too big

the sausage at breakfast was poor quality and the fried bread greasy.

Clean breakfast room , nice staff

At breakfast very cheap ingredients very very cheap sausage . outside car park very rundown stayed here one night when it was a heatwave 24° at night . inside room fan was broken so both had very little sleep,, £20 working fan would of make the difference,, .spoken to another guest who was there 2 nights and their fan was also broken ,,do try to support independent breakfasts establishments . Sorry but won’t be back

Hotel was easy to find from the main road and check in was simple and effective with a keypad on the doors. Communication by the hotel prior to arrival was excellent and we were provided with various contact details should there be a problem. The rooms were a good size, with tea/coffee provided. Bed was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Perfect location for our trip as we were attending a wedding at nearby riddlesden hall. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Lots of choice for a cold breakfast, cereal, croissant, fruit etc. A hot breakfast was cooked to order if wanted. It was really tasty and set us up for the day ahead. A pleasent stay here, thank you 🙂

Rooms facing the main road, you could hear the traffic noise, but not loud enough to disturb our sleep The rear carpark could be better lit at night.
