This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Boho Ranch Home in the West End in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. We only allow dogs. When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of $50.00 per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. There is not a weight limit. Remittance of the pet fee is required at least 5 days prior to check-in via online money transfer such as PayPal or Venmo. Please notify your host when traveling with dogs and we will provide the business username to collect the pet fee. A deposit may be required at the property.
