Excellent staff, good beach, nice breakfast.

Stolen phone on the first day by guests from Kosovo, I alarmed the whole staff, but when we found the phone on Find My iPhone, we couldn’t access to the villa where the phone was located because it was not allowed. The manager gave her best, but still not satisfied with the approach, if I didn’t asked for cameras etc, and if I wasn’t on reception like 6 times they didn’t do much. Cleaning service was bad, floor not mopped, terrace not mopped, when asked for cleaning the room they clean it at 4pm, need to work on that issue.

Tesisini yeri, konumu ve imkanları gayet güzel, temiz bir tesis ancak uyguladıkları bazı politikalar hoş değil. Mesela akşam yemeğinde hiçbir içeceği su dahil ücretsiz vermiyorlar. Normalde suyu ücretsiz vermeleri gerekiyor. Ayrıca odada 2 kişiye bir su veriyorlar. Bu yaz sıcağında o da doğru değil 2 kişiye birer su vermeleri gerekiyor. Sora tüm otellerde en az 4 tane kahve ücretsiz olarak veriliyor. burada her kahve başına iki euro alıyorlar. odada kullanılan kahveler için konuşuyoruz. Onun haricinde güzel temiz, çok güzel proje olan bir otel, özellikle çocuklu aileler için gayet güzel yemekleri harika. bu kusurlarda elimle edilirse gerçekten güzel bir tesis.

אהבנו הכל! חדרים גדולים מרווחים, הכל מפנק ברמה גבוהה. מיקום פנטסטי על לגונה מושלמת, כמה דקות נסיעה מניקיטי ועוד חופים מדהימים בסביבה. ממליצה בחום ובוודאות נחזור.

מלון מעולה, עם רצועת חוף מאוד יפה. קרוב מאוד לנקיטי.
