Room hygiene was terrible. It had mould on the walls. Staff did not care and refuse to help. Towels smelled bad and were not changed.

Piękne wnętrze, ładny salon i ładnie urządzanie pokoje. Pani gospodyni bardzo miła, pomimo, że mówiła tylko po francusku. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Nie było duże. Szkoda, że nie było owoców.

Niestety już drugi raz spotykam w Maroko ten sam problem: brak kafelek w łazience, wielka wilgoć, brak wentylacji, brak okna w pokoju, grzyb, pleśń. Po wejściu do pokoju czuć ogromną wilgoć i ciężki zapach, a raczej smród. „Okno” to nie jest okno na zewnątrz tylko na salon/przedpokój z którego się wchodzi do innych pokoi. Całą noc i cały dzień mieliśmy to okno otwarte, wybraliśmy brak prywatności, żeby się nie udusić. Niestety jako alergik bardzo odradzam, rozchorowałam się, katar duszności, ból gardła i to typowe objawy przez skażone powietrze w pokojach i wielka wilgotność. Co prawda akurat w tym hotelu nie widziałam na ścianie grzyba ale jestem pewna, że był, bo mój organizm to odczuł niesamowicie. Oczywiście pomalowanie ścian nie załatwi problemu. Jestem w szoku że coś takiego tak często funkcjonuje w tym kraju.

Staff wasn't friendly, not much breakfast and couldn't get it before 8:30 am. Room walls were dump. No wifi or 4g in bottom room

Posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da piazza Jemaa el Fnaa, a tre minuti da Medrasa Ben Youssef. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibili. Il secondo giorno ci hanno preparato la colazione in anticipo perché avevamo prenotato un’escursione e dovevamo partire presto e l’ultimo giorno ci hanno accompagnati a prendere il taxi per l’aeroporto alle 4:30 di mattina! Veramente ospitali e gentilissimi. La struttura è un po’ datata ed essenziale ma ho apprezzato il costo contenuto.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par notre séjour dans ce riad, qui ne correspond absolument pas aux photos présentées lors de la réservation. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un premier problème : l’adresse indiquée était incorrecte. Nous avons dû demander notre chemin à une personne dans la rue pour trouver le riad, sans aucune aide ni indication de la part du gérant. L’état de la chambre est très préoccupant : les murs sont craquelés, noircis et présentent des traces importantes d’humidité ainsi que des champignons visibles. À plusieurs endroits, le mur est même détérioré. Le plafond est cloqué et en mauvais état. Les photos de la chambre présenté une fenêtre, cependant aucune aération n’étais à disposition ni même une minuscule ouverture…. Des particules de poussière tombent en permanence des murs et du plafond, au point que nos vêtements ont été salis. L’humidité est telle que nos affaires personnelles, y compris nos passeports, ont été endommagées. Nous avons contacté le gérant pour demander un changement de chambre, ce qui nous a été refusé sans solution alternative. Pour la raison suivante : la chambre d’à côté été loué le soir même. À notre grande surprise, personne n’as occupé la chambre la nuit suivante… Par ailleurs, nous avions sollicité une aide simple pour réserver un restaurant en fournissant toutes les informations nécessaires, mais cette demande n’a pas été prise en compte. Ce logement ne correspond ni aux standards attendus ni à la description faite en ligne. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile in tutto, il proprietario risponde subito ai messaggi e quando era in struttura ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema con i voli di ritorno. La colazione era buona e la posizione ottima per le nostre esigenze, la camera non aveva finestre il che ci ha sorpreso ma era pulita ed aveva tutto il necessario. ci siamo trovate molto bene!

The breakfast was delicious, the riad itself is beautiful, the staff were all friendly. They organised the airport transfer to the hotel, and it was all organised well.

We requested a double bed and were given a double bed but set up with two single mattresses which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep on. No door to the bathroom so there wasn’t much privacy but not sure if this was part of the traditional riad layout.
