Cozy 2BR in Bristol City Centre

Good location and the bed were comfy

Getting into the property was difficult as the key boxes do not have numbers on and we were not told which one our key was in. The front door of the property does not feel secure. We were only provided with 2 bath towels and we were a group of 3 adults. One of the towels had makeup stains on. No hand towel provided. The bath had holes in. Soap dispenser was empty so had to buy own hand soap for bathroom. The carpets are tired and the cleanliness is passable. One of the rooms smelled of smoke.

Location was fabulous

There was water coming down the wall by window in one bedroom- the fridge didn’t work and the property smelled of smokers
