Absolutely appalling. Basic facilities were lacking: there was 1 teaspoon , 1 dinner spoon and 4 mugs for a property that accommodates 9 people. No outside furniture as listed and the grass is so unkempt that you couldn’t enjoy the outside area anyway. Shower patched up with gaffer tape, toilet seat falling off, blinds fell off the wall and mattress springs groan every time you move in any bed. The door mat is several pieces sets the tone as you arrive. It was truly atrocious.
