Elegant 1 BR near Westgate Mall

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and extremely well located, just next to Westgate Mall. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a second bedroom, which was a real bonus. The residence felt generally safe, with security available 24/7. Cleaning every 3 days was good too. Price is a good deal.

The apartment needs better maintenance and management. It was not properly clean when I arrived, the air conditioning was advertised but could not be used because there was no remote control, and the replacement fan arrived several days later and was partly broken. Security was present 24/7, but the guards did not always check visitors as expected.

Very spacious and comfortable, good internet, everything we needed, excellent location.

Check in. We had to telephone on arrival. No answer at first. Then we were given a code for the key box that didn't work. Also told to pay by m-pesa within 20 minutes, although the website said we could pay by visa. Another telephone call and we got the correct key box code and another call to confirm the money had arrived.

If you want an old nice English style house this is for you. Great location shopping just 5 min walking distance. Quite place . Nice washing+ drying machine.

The location was close to malls and restaurants which was convenient for me for my 1 night stay. Also, the host was super helpful and very responsive. Value for Money and Privacy was offered . It was a good stay
