Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost excepțională. Apreciez faptul că proprietarul a încălzit locația înainte ca noi să ajungem. Apartament curat, modern, echipat cu aproape tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur în Suceava. Apreciez faptul că am găsit capsule pentru aparatul de cafea.

Faptul că plasa anti insecte lipsește atât în dormitor cât și în sufragerie a fost un lucru neplăcut, am găsit în dormitor o mega gânganie, nu a fost plăcut. Un alt aspect destul de important pentru mine a fost temperatura apei calde care a fost aproape rece defapt. Ar fi foarte bine dacă ar exista câteva instrucțiuni de folosire a încălzirii apartamentului. Televizorul din sufragerie este destul de mic dacă ne raportăm la mărimea camerei. Personal consider că în dormitor este nevoie de un televizor. Având în vedere poziționarea locației și străzile din Împrejurimi din punctul meu de vedere este un apartament supraevaluat.
