SGThis room is situated inside "Rainbow Paradise Resort" but is managed by Ali, a businessman who stays there. Ali is responsive, helpful, and nice. The room was good for me (despite me being fussy). It had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable and quiet four days. (The room is not maintained by "Rainbow Paradise Resort")
"Rainbow Paradise Resort" is a dying hotel. It's Cafe and restaurant are not open on weekdays. Maintenance and house keeping staff are at the minimum. One of the three lifts has a bad smell and worn down carpet.
USLocation is great, staff are friendly and helpful, room with spectacular beachfront view. Though a bit old, room is well kept.

USGreat location. Many places to eat along the streets by the condo. Also 2 restaurants and a convenience store at the condo. The room was excellent. Comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of chairs to sit in. 40-inch TV. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, and kettle. The balcony is big and overlooks the ocean. There's even a washing machine out there...I didn't use it. The owner was very helpful...always answering questions quickly. I'll stay here again when I'm in Penang. I had a great time!
