Finca La Gaviota - Las Palmeras

Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, gospodarz bardzo pomocny. Dom usytuowany 5min od głównej ulicy- dojazd do domu troszkę przerażający (wąska stroma uliczka w dół), ale tylko za pierwszym razem. Bardzo blisko Lidl. Dom w pełni wyposażony, piękny ogród w którym wspaniale się wypoczywa przy stole lub w jacuzzi. Będę bardzo miło wspominać ten pobyt!

Todo nos encantó pero lo que mas es que podíamos llevar a nuestros perros... el jardín increíble para ellos.

La única pega que podemos poner es que hay hormigas pero nada que no puedas resolver con el flis

Alojamiento espectacular tal cual se muestra en las fotos, fuimos un grupo de 8 amigos y estuvimos súper bien, camas super cómodas y instalaciones super bien cuidadas, el anfitrión Roberto se portó espectacular con nosotros súper atento en todo momento, repetiríamos sin lugar a duda

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several issues. The shower: The water heater did not work properly for eight people. After two people showered, the water would turn cold and remain cold for hours. On the first night, the owner came to fix it, and it worked for one evening, although the eighth person still had to shower with cold water. However, on the following nights, it stopped working again. On the last evening, the owner came to fix it and realized that the gas bottle for heating the water had run out. While he replaced it, it was too late since it was our last night. The jacuzzi: It worked well for the first two evenings, with warm water, but on the third night, the water would not heat past 30°C. In January, this was far too cold, as it should be at least 38°C. The issue was resolved the following day, but it still disrupted a day and a half of our stay. Amenities: The house itself was very basic. While towels and bed sheets were provided, there were no soaps, dishwasher tablets, or washing machine tablets. There was also no salt, pepper, or any basic supplies that one might expect, especially if left by previous guests. This was unusual and inconvenient. On the positive side, there were enough glasses, cutlery, and pans. Accessibility: The finca is located down a steep hill, making it difficult to access each time. The nearest town is a 10-minute drive away. While the finca has potential, these issues significantly affected our experience. We hope the owners take these comments into account to improve the experience for future guests.

Nice, clean house with a beautiful garden. Great Jacuzzi and the swimming pool was good too. Perfect place to relax. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Although the town - Buen Paso - is not very interesting, it is a good place to explore the north side of the island.

The oven was missing baking trays. The showers in the house could do with a bit of renewal.

Fabulous rural Finca with huge garden and private hot tube. Perfect for family. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Very quite and at the same time close to Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back.
