Good location for the event we were staying for and easy access to supermarket

Parking was a little difficult

Gorgeous decor throughout, well equipped kitchen and easy check in and out process.

Very cheap mattresses which you can feel every spring through making the beds uncomfortable. The springs in the sofa have gone, so that's uncomfortable too. The bath needs replacing as the bottom has clearly broken in 2 places and been taped up.

Wow!!! This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house. It is very much home from home. It is very well presented with lovely finishing touches, it gives the rooms a little extra finesse. Jasmine emailed a very descriptive message, not only explaining how to access the property but with detailed information on how/where to get the bus from….which is a 5/10 minute walk and a 5 minute bus ride to the City centre.

Early/late check-in fees….although Jasmine was lovely and allowed us early access due to workmen repairing the fence. Everywhere seems to be charging the same fees…I personally don’t always agree with them (providing the room is ready). But please don’t take this as a criticism to the property…I would still pay it, as this property is worth it.

Good location for Newcastle city centre and the airport (the reason for the visit) loads of takeaway/restaurants nearby.

Felt a bit grimy , furnishings were nice but they don't disguise the fact the house needs a lot of TLC. The driveway is tiny, not suitable for most vehicles. The curtains/blinds did not keep out the street light glare, unfortunately, resulting in a poor night's sleep.

The house was in a great location for us

When we arrived the house hadn't been cleaned. But once I had spoken to the owner she explained a miscommunication with the cleaner. Then within an hour it was cleaned immaculately

Dining room was ok apart from the curtain pole.

Curtain pole hanging off wall in dining room, full length damp wall in kitchen, only one plug socket in living room that had an extension lead to plug tv into on the wall, gap in back door, couch in living room was a bed settee and very uncomfortable and hard to sit on, could only get Netflix on tv as no serial for tv do could only get apps on it. You couldn’t sit in the garden as it was overgrown.You couldn’t call it paradise!. I definitely would not recommend the property to stay at.

Decor and facilities

Uncomfortable beds, shower screen not adequate. Resulted in wet floors and soaking rug. Over filled rubbish bins in driveway and side alley. 6 year old found a used vape under bed. Some sort of bugs in bathroom and window ledge in staircase. Damp in kitchen. Back door has a slight gap in it when closed and locked. Decor is lovely but not practical or safe with children in property. Bathroom door did not lock properly. No handle on the outside. Told to take off shoes at the door (no problem) but then sent a picture of dirty carpet at the door.

This place is absolutely stunning we loved our little stay here and literally 5 mins in a taxi which was £7 to central Newcastle. We would definitely stay here again
