Cozy 1 BR apartment in Newcoast

The location was very peacefull. The accomodation was superb: modern washer/dryer, bigscreen tv, microwave, rice cooker, seperate cosy living room and bedroom with onsuite bathroom. We stayed there for 11 days and we felt already at home there 🤭 Even though you need the hop on hop off bus to get around, at 50 pesos a ride regardless distance, its still ok. Maybe at a next holiday we might consider renting a scooter long-term.

Sadly we had sewerage issues shortly after our arrival, and building maintenance had a lot of work to fix it. But the owner and accommodation staff really tried hard to get it fixed, and even offered us a different condo. The very kind owner Dorothy even offered us a delish ube cake to compensate us for the inconvenience 🤗 Problems can always arise, but its the way you handle it which counts, and in this case it was handled as best as possible 🤗 We thank Dorothy and Jelly for their hands on help!

Lovely flat in a quiet location with a lovely quiet beach within walking distance or a free bus that takes you there in 5 minutes. The rest if the island is easily accessible by using the hop in bus or trikes. I’d recommend this apartment as it’s in a quiet location close to an exclusive beach which is not crowded. It’s a very relaxing area with restaurants and 4 start hotels with in walking distance. Would recommend

its like bringing our humble home in an island with its complete furnitures and appliances (specially the washing machine coz i don’t want to bring home a laundry 😆 truly cozy and I was able to relax while waiting my husband from work 😊

The photos are exactly how the property looks. It was extremely comfortable having our own space and the wifi was perfect! They also had Netflix and Prime so we could watch movies. The Hop on Hop Off bus drops you at the door.

On the last 2 days the water pressure was very low and the toilet stopped flushing. But I think that was a building issues.
