There was a Rat in the room

The linen is pure white and clean.The walls are clean everywhere else except the bathroom walls. The kitchen is clean. The dishcloths are clean

Bathtub has dangerous spikes.Geyzer is inside the bathroom, not even covered. Geyser dripping water after putting warm water into the bathtub.There are cockroaches in the apartment. The bathtub does not feel strong enough, it's like it's going to give up anytime.Insude the bathroom and tge bath itself looks like maintenance is done by people who are nit qualified, as long as the job is done nobody cares.Sunday afternoon there was water dripping some where inside the ceiling board that is covering some structure somewhere by the corner in the bathroom, the bathroom mat was soaky wet,and I texted the owner/administrator of the Wavecrest and he sent the security to come check and he came checked and brought the mop of which I was not going to use because I didn't come there to work but to rest for the night. There is a security doorbell the main door outside, but there is no lock or keys,it's just there.It does not serve the purpose. There are side lamps but they are nit connected to the power,there is not a socket to plug them in.They are just like decorating. The base of the bed does not have the cover.

I paid service for room to be cleaned and until i checked out... The room was not cleaned.. Bed not made or towels n sheet werr nit changed.. Bad service.. N i contact the building manager with no luck

The maintenance of the building and the place. There are cockroaches in the apartment The bathtub has got spikes,which may injure one if you are not aware of them.The base of the bed does not have base cover.

Reception

There was a double booking and i was assigned a new room with no working bath, electricity was not working, and the owner ended up not taking my calls to help fix it.

Noise from other tenants. Tertiary students.

Big and clean

No TV it was boring because we booked for long stay

My girlfriend was happy that l tried. She said, "it's the thought that counts"

No stove, shower is not working. No curtain in the lounge room. No hospitality at all, on your arrival no one is welcoming you, you wait over 30 minutes to get the keys.
